History 

 I've been making beef jerky for over 7 years now, i started making jerky to find a way to preserve my big game that i was blessed with. i started to experiment with different ingredients that i had at hand in the kitchen, it took almost 3 years till i was happy with the results. i shared some of the jerky with friends,family and coworkers and had everyone smiling whenever i told them that i bagged a whitetail deer.  so i decided to make jerky with angus beef because the game meat is to feed family.  jerky is made with the finest angus beef from a local butcher in pa. the best ingredience that i can find,then mixed into my secret mixture then marenated,dried just right and then vacuum sealed for freshness and sent to customers promptly.
